As the HVAC Sales Professional in Nashville, TN, you will fill the gap of HVAC Project Management (sales) to include ordering equipment and setting up the jobs sold for success. This leader will be the ‘trailblazer’ for the HVAC sales department in Nashville and ensure that installations run as smoothly as possible.

Immediate Needs: 

  • Run all HVAC bids both marketed and those derived from tech leads  
  • Sell 60% of all bids
  • Order all HVAC equipment for these projects
  • Schedule installation & set up installers for success
  • Leading the project planning staging for every sold job
  • Ensure the best pricing on HVAC parts from various vendors
  • Integral player in the growth of the HVAC Sales & Installation departments
  • Develop and conduct ongoing review of repeatable processes for the sales and installation departments
  • Secure the growth opportunity of additional project managers & installation technicians as the demand increases
  • Assist in determining warehouse inventory requirements for HVAC projects

Salary and Benefits:

  • Our benefits are exceptional and include paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401K matching program up to 4%, and 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
  • Starting: Base Salary + Commission per job
    • After 3 months (subject to change) switch to 100% commission.  Earn an average of 7+% commission on sold jobs.
      • You will have the opportunity to sell over 2MM annually.
  •  We offer a fun and flexible work environment.
    • This position is being hired for Monday through Friday starting at 7:00am; evenings and some Saturdays required as needed for appointments.
  • This position will report to our Nashville Vice President of Market Expansion - Mike Barth

Requirements:

  • To adequately perform the duties of this job the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to finger, handle controls; hear, and talk. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50lbs and up because the equipment being used can be heavy and cumbersome. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. 
  • The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons.  The work environment will subject employees to continual interruptions and changing priorities. Effective, consistent, and constant communication with customers, vendors, co-workers, and others is required.
